If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@glowbright.co.za. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
  • Please note that address changes may result in additional charges.


How much will my delivery cost?

  1. FREE shipping is available within South Africa on orders R800 and over (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).
  2. For orders under R800 a standard delivery charge of R100.00 will be added at checkout.

*Courier Partners business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping time applies to the transit time, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within one working day of receiving payment into our accounts. If you pay via credit card, we receive this payment automatically as soon as you have paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing.

  1. Courier delivery takes 1 – 5 working days depending on the order’s destination.
  2. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
  3. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  4. Main city centre delivery takes 1 – 5 working days.
  5. In remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.
  6. Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Unforeseen circumstances, for example, adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a ‘late’ delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

Do you take returns?

Please be advised that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The costs incurred in transaction fees, preparing the order as well as transportation.
  • Our products are temperature sensitive, as a quality control measure, we cannot accept products that have left our facility.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Glow Bright, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

  • Product category and price
  • Shipping costs and package weight
  • Customs clearance channel
  • Import taxes based on custom duty amounts

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

Import Regulations

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

These International Shipping Terms & Conditions apply if you purchase products on www.glowbright.co.za for shipment to delivery addresses outside of South Africa (“products”). Each product is sold and shipped by Glow Bright Pty Ltd. These terms and conditions apply in addition to Glow Bright’s current shipping policies and any other applicable terms and policies which govern the sale of the products. In case of conflict between these International Shipping Terms & Conditions and Glow Bright’s current shipping terms and conditions these terms will prevail.

1. Compliance with Applicable Laws

When ordering from Glow Bright, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination to which your products are being delivered (“destination”). You are also responsible for assuring that your products may be lawfully imported into the country of importation.

2. Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you as soon as the product is delivered to the first carrier outside of the country of importation.

3. Import Fees

Products shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the authorities of the country of importation (“Import Fees”). For products sold by Glow Bright you are responsible for paying all Import Fees.

You are the person responsible for the import clearance of products shipped outside of South Africa (“importer of record”)

4. Gifts

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to secure and grant the applicable authorizations, including payment of Import Fees, on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. Products shipped as gifts will be marked as such, but the cost of the products may be stated on the customs forms.

5. Value-Added Taxes

All products shipped internationally by Glow Bright do not include VAT and as such any Value Added Tax that needs to be collected will be done in your country and remains your responsibility.

6. Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that:

  • manufacturer warranties may not be valid;
  • instructions, and safety warnings may not be provided in the destination language;
  • the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with standards, specifications, and labelling requirements in the destination;

7. Privacy

Glow Bright Pty Ltd may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to the Designated Carrier, which may share this information with customs, postal, and tax authorities. International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
