Glow Bright – Subscription Terms & Conditions

Subscription

Glow Bright offers a monthly subscription service for selected products. By
subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Subscriptions run on a month-to-month basis and will continue until cancelled.

By confirming your subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and
agree to these terms set out below.

  1. About these terms 
    These terms relate to your purchase of goods or services on a recurring payment
    basis (“Subscription”), and cancellation thereof, from Glow Bright Pty Ltd
    (“Merchant”). 
  2.  Setting up your Subscription
    When you agree to a Subscription, the payment amount, frequency and duration will
    be shown to you before you confirm. The Merchant may update or end a
    Subscription at any time.
    By subscribing, you authorise Stitch Payments to debit your nominated bank
    account monthly on the same date as your original purchase.
    Payment is processed in advance for each billing cycle. If a payment fails, Glow Bright reserves the right to suspend deliveries until payment is successfully received.
    3. Cancelling your subscription
    3.1 If you want to cancel your Subscription, you must contact the Merchant
    directly. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If your subscription
    included a discount compared to the Merchant’s usual once-off purchase
    price, the Merchant may charge you a reasonable penalty on cancellation, in
    line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. The Merchant will inform you of any such amount, if applicable.

    The email subject line must clearly state:
    “Cancel Subscription” along with the original order number
    Cancellations received after a successful debit order will take effect from the
    following billing cycle. If a subscription is not cancelled, it will continue indefinitely.
    4. Communications
    All questions, requests or updates relating to your Subscription (including, without limitation, cancellation or payment changes) must be sent directly to the Merchant using the contact details provided on the checkout page, confirmation email, Merchant website or otherwise provided by the Merchant from time to time. The payment service provider does not manage customer queries or cancellations on behalf of the Merchant.
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that their banking, contact, and delivery details are accurate and up to date. Glow Bright is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
    5.Payments and authorization
    By agreeing to a Subscription, you authorise the Merchant (through its payment service provider) to charge your selected card or payment method automatically for each recurring payment until the agreed end of the Subscription or you or the Merchant cancel. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and have sufficient funds for each payment.
    No refunds will be issued for a billing cycle once payment has been processed and the order dispatched, except where required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

6. Merchant policies
Your Subscription and any related purchases are also subject to the Merchant’s
terms of service, privacy policy, refunds policy and any other agreement as between you and the Merchant, where applicable. Please review those policies and
documents before completing your purchase.
7. Delivery
Products will be couriered monthly upon receipt of successful payment to the
delivery address provided by the customer on the original order. Should delivery
address change please notify Glow Bright at least 1 week prior to the planned
payment arrangement at info@glowbright.co.za detailing the new delivery address – please use your original order number as a reference.
Glow Bright is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or
delivery to addresses that have changed if this was not communicated timeously. 
8. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest will still apply. The Merchant’s
failure to enforce any term will not be a waiver of its rights.
9. Personal Information
Glow Bright processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of
Personal Information Act (POPIA). Customer information is used solely to manage
subscriptions, payments, and deliveries.
8. Changes to Terms
Glow Bright reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on the website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South
Africa.
